अब Labor Kafeel के बिना ही अपना tanazul करा सकते हैं। इससे यह पता चलता है कि Saudi Arab Labors के लिए ये बड़ी खुशखबरी हो सकती है।
सऊदी अरब के Ministry of Labor ने कर्मचारियों के लिए Company or Kafeel की अनुमति के बिना कानूनी रूप से अपने कंपनी or Kafeel को बदलना आसान बना दिया है। अब आपको अपने कंपनी or Kafeel को बिना सूचित किये अन्य कंपनियों में Nakal Kafala करने की अनुमति देता है। कई तरह के तरीके बनाएं गए हैं।
बिना Kafeel के Nakal kafala करानेे का पेेेहला तरीक़ा, अगर आप Saudi arab में New labor के तौर पर काम कर रहे हैं और आपकी कंपनी or kafeel आपको 3 महीने के अंदर Iqama (Mukeem Card) पेश करने में असफल रहता है तो आप अपने कंपनी or Kafeel की मर्ज़ी के बिना कानूनी रूप से अपनी Company or kafeel बदल सकते है
